This session will focus on addressing the new WHO guidelines for HIV that focus on near patient testing in routine HIV testing for key populations and at risk groups. The presentations will show the impact of rapid turnaround time and availability of test results in overall program success rates and in helping to achieve the 95-95-95 goals.
