In this session, we present the work of a global network of peer chemsex responders who meet once a month for multi-disciplinary peer supervision online meeting focusing on consulting options, sharing consultancy experiences, improving confidence and expertise to understand the holistic needs of people engaging in chemsex. We will give an introduction of the global situation, followed by case studies from 4 presenters representing 15 countries from Asia, Australia, North America and Europe. The presentations will relate to chemsex prevalence, local contexts, support options, community responses, and importantly, its relationship to HIV. Following this; a panel discussion including other members, and inviting engagement from the audience, encouraging them to establish online consultancy projects in their countries which can be connected with and supported by our network; and stimulating better global networking, and improved chemsex responses, particularly in regard to HIV incidence.
